Day to day itinerary
Day 1 Arrive in Kota Kinabalu / Klias River Cruise
Day 2 Kinabalu National Park, Poring Hot Spring, Canopy Walk, Fish Massage
Day 3 Kota Kinabalu Handicraft Centre A.K.A Filipino Market and trip ends with transfer to airport.

Day 1 (L/D)
Upon your arrival in Kota Kinabalu, you will be met and greeted by your friendly and helpful tour guide. We will then bring your group for lunch at local restaurant. After the lunch, we will bring the students for check in at Gaya Centre Hotel.
At 1330hrs, gather and meet up with your tour guide at the hotel lobby. Students will be transferred to Klias for Proboscis Monkey River Cruise. Enjoy the scenic view passing paddy fields, oil palm plantation and native villages along the way. Tea / coffee treat served with local cakes at a typical village house will be served. Get on boat for your 2 hours river cruise. Listen to the chorus of the birds and insects while looking out for the endemic monkeys, found only in Borneo. There’ll be briefings on the safety on boat and synopsis of the Nasalis Larvatus or better known as Proboscis Monkey. See the Fireflies’ magnificent “Christmas Tree” formation along the river. Dinner will be served upon your return from the cruise. After the sumptuous dinner, we will transfer you back to your hotel in Kota Kinabalu.
Proboscis monkeys which are not found anywhere else in the world is currently residing in Beaufort, Located 110km south of Kota Kinabalu, Klias is about a 2-hour drive from Kota Kinabalu City. With it is huge pendulous nose and distinctive pot belly, the male proboscis monkey is one of the most peculiar and bizarre animal in the world. It is usually not easy to observe these monkeys from a reasonably close distance. They are by nature very cautious of humans and are easily frightened away. Back on the jetty; enjoy a natural light show when hundreds of fireflies put on a glowing performance for your benefit.
Day 2 (B/L/D)
After your breakfast at the hotel, your tour guide will be meeting you up at the hotel lobby. We will depart early for about 2 hours drive through scenic countryside and beautiful mountain range. On the way, stop by at the Nabalu Village to savour local fruits and bargain for some local handcrafts. Continue your journey to Poring Hot Spring (126KM from Kota Kinabalu). Once arriving at Poring Hot Spring, you will be brought to explore jungle trail and observe wildlife on the canopy walkway 100 feet from above the green forest floor. You may take a dip in one of the soothing, steaming hot mineral springs which believed to be therapeutic and could heal certain ailment.
Students will also be brought for lunch at a local restaurant (Sri Papar Restaurant) before continuing the journey to Tagal – Kampung Luanti Baru for Fish Massaging – and learn about Tagal fish – River conservation practices. Guests will have the chance to experience “up to knee” fish massage for 15 minutes.
You will then be brought for lunch at a local restaurant before continuing the journey to Malaysia’s first World Heritage site of Kinabalu National Park (39KM from Poring). Kinabalu National Park offers a rich array of flora and fauna. It boasts the world’s largest flowering plant known as Rafflesia (seasonal), pitcher plants and many bird species. Mount Kinabalu is the highest mountain in South – East Asia at 4, 095 meters above sea level. When you arrived at Kinabalu Park, proceed for a jungle walk with the park naturalist and guide. You will also be brought to visit the exhibition centre and watch interesting slide shows on the animals and unique plants species found only at Mount Kinabalu.
Kinabalu National Park including Mesilau Nature Resort (not included in the tour itinerary) & Poring Hot Spring boasts an estimate of 4,500 species of plants which includes 1,500 species of orchids, 77 of which are endemic to Kinabalu. The park also supports 289 species of birds and 290 different types of butterflies.
We will then transfer you back to Kota Kinabalu.
Day 3 (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and we will take you and your group for KK handicraft centre also known as Filipino Market before transfer out to airport for your flight departure.
